How many days can the cakes last for?

As all of our Mille Crepe cakes are preservative free, if properly kept in refrigerator, it is best to consume within one to two days upon purchase.

If I take away the Mille Crepe Cakes, how long does it last in normal temperature?

They are best to consume within 20 minutes in a room temperature environment. If you are travelling longer than 30 minutes, we’ll suggest you to use our cooler bag which available at Nadeje cafes to maintain the freshness of our cakes.

Is Nadeje Halal Certified?

We are not a Halal Certified Company currently due to some of our mille crepes flavours are alcoholic. However, we still offer 9 flavours that without alcoholic extracts.

Do you offer delivery service?

We are sorry to inform that Nadeje does not provide delivery service at this moment.

How do I make the reservation for the cakes?

For normal flavour, you may order online via https://nadeje.com.my/order/
For Premium Series and Seasonal flavour, you may order by calling to any of the Nadeje outlets.

Can I cancel or amend my online order?

We are sorry to inform that there is no refunds, exchange, cancellation or amendments is applicable once payment is processed and completed online.

Can I order online today and pick up my cake tomorrow?

All reservations have to be placed three days in advance before 5pm. Any order received after 5pm will be considered as next day order.

Can I walk in to purchase the whole cake?

We might have limited choices for 1kg/1.5kg/2kg Mille Crepe cakes, it is best if you could call three days in advance to make reservation.
