Acceptance and Confirmation of Order

Customers can make the order on the website. Here are the steps for placing an order:

  • Choose the product and add them to the cart.
  • Validate the contents of the cart.
  • Indicate the pickup location.
  • Indicate the pickup date and time.
  • Provide information regarding the customers’ personal details.
  • Validate payment

Terms & Conditions

    • Order must be made at least 2 days in advance.
    • NO refunds, exchange, cancellation or amendments is applicable once payment is processed and completed online.
    • The order(s) are subject to the availability of the products. In the event that one or several products ordered become(s) unavailable within the time period indicated, Nadeje undertakes to inform the customers of this fact as soon as possible by phone.
    • The cut off time of online order will be 5.00pm. Any order received after 5.00pm shall be considered as the order for the next day.
    • One cooler bag per receipt.
    • Only applicable with the use of Promo Code.
